Rubyana, jazz fusion flutist, composer / arranger, and prodigy studied at Jilius Hartt, Mannes, and Berklee College of Music. Rubyana performed with major artists and jammed with Jimi Hendrix.

Rubyana is recognized in the Jazz community as an innovative composer, improviser / performer and theoretician. Her jazz CDs demonstrate her ability to transcend the boundaries of conventional form. Rubyana's compositions bridge twelve tonality with whole tonal harmonic structures, rhythmic displacement and universal rhythms. Rubyana resides in New York City.
